Resolution by Board to accept/reject Landscaping Requests – 6/10/24

Margret presented a list of approvals and denials on landscape request Tammy made a motion to remove the apple tree at 33 Maine because it was a liability for the Village. Motion was 2^nd by Randy no further discussion 5 were in favor and 1 vote opposed   One homeowner made a comment about a large pine tree between Maine and Maryland should be watched as when the wind is strong you can see the roots move in the ground and could be a danger to cars and homes if it falls.  Kathy made a motion to accept the landscape committees recommendations except for #5  2^nd by Tammy No further discussion, all in favor, motion carried
