WELCOME TO BUILDIUM
To better serve all of our association owners, we now offer access to your account information, tracking of maintenance and architectural requests and more, 24 hours a day, from any desktop or mobile device by establishing your own Resident Portal in our new property management software, Buildium.
To establish your Resident Portal, please click the link below. (This will open in a new tab so you can flip back and forth to these directions.)
Once there
- Enter the email address you have on file with us into the Resident Sign In box.
- Click on “Forgot your password? Request a new one”
- Enter your email address and then wait for a welcome email containing your temporary password and reset instructions.
- When you are done, we recommend bookmarking the log in site for your future use.
- Click here to begin.
With your individual online Resident Portal, you can:
- Make online payments, set or modify autopay and view your payment history.
- Submit requests directly from your mobile device or computer.
- Access important association documents.
- Add or change your contact information.
- And much more
