Toilet Rebate Motion amended: Tom made motion and Don seconded to add “no one in arrears”. Corrected motion now reads, Toilet Rebate Program to offer homeowners, not in arrears, $100 for replacing a high flush toilet with a water conserver. Passed 3-0.
